On 31st December 2021 the transition period for UK to leave the EU ended.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank our international customers for their continued business, and to provide reassurance that Mbikudi is committed to supporting all international customers post Brexit.

We have a robust plan in place. Mbikudi will continue to service all of its valued European customers without disruption. Mbikudi will move goods swiftly and without any of the inconvenience posed by extra formalities resulting from the UK leaving the EU.

I know many of you will have questions. We have answered some of the most common questions: 

Q: Will Brexit change the way Mbikudi handles European and international sales?
A: No. We remain committed to international sales. Our experienced International Sales and Shipping teams will continue to support overseas customers.

Q: I am based within the EU. Will I incur any additional costs when ordering from Mbikudi?
A: No, you will not incur an extra charge from Mbikudi. Your sales may minus 20% VAT Tax. However, there may be import duty or additional taxes to be paid in your country.

Q: I’d like goods shipped to the EU. Do I need to complete any additional paperwork?
A: No. Mbikudi will handle all necessary documentation requirements.

Q: Does the size of my order to the EU matter?
A: No. Small and large parcel shipments are handled in the same way. Thinking of ordering more than 20kg or more than £300, contact us to find out if you can be eligible to further discounts.
